Refund Policy

All treatments, clinical packages, and booking deposits are strictly non-refundable. Service packages must be completed entirely within the specific timeframe listed (e.g., 4–6 months). If you choose not to finish your package or fail to receive your treatments within this designated period, any remaining sessions are forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. For health and safety reasons, all skin care product sales are final. If you need to reschedule a service, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your booking deposit. We appreciate your adherence to these clinic guidelines.
